HR Advisor – Case Coaching

Would you like to promote a positive ER culture within the business, managing complex cases? We currently have a vacancy for a HR Advisor – Case Coaching at our site in Warton.

As a HR Advisor – Case coaching, you will be providing coaching, advice and support to Line Managers on more complex or sensitive ER cases across all in scope UK businesses

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders both within and outside of the UK Case Coaching Team allowing you to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities as a HR Advisor – Case Coaching will involve:

Establishing relationships efficiently, case by case ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and informed at the appropriate points in each process / case

Working in partnership with other members of the UK Case Coaching Team (Field / Hub), and others delivering a timely, accurate and effective Case Coaching service

Coaching and supporting line managers, employees and representatives in a proactive manner resolving cases effectively, and attaining consistency and compliance across the business

Providing balanced advice that is legally compliant and in line with company policy to managers, and employees in order to manage risk

Supporting and managing cases in an accurate, timely fashion ensuring all cases are updated regularly (using the appropriate technology solution)

Ensuring effective working relationships are created and maintained including HRBPs and Trade Union / Employee representatives, Occupational Health etc. who interface with the Case Coaching Team

Working with key stakeholder groups to continuously improve leadership and manager capability by challenging, influencing and supporting managers in a way that increases their knowledge, understanding and ability to manage ER cases effectively

Providing challenge, supporting & contributing to changes and developments in technology solutions, policy & process to ensure the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the service

Your skills and qualifications as a HR Advisor – Case Coaching:

Extensive case management experience

HR experience

Experience of working on high volume case loads

CIPD would be desirable

Experience of working with Trade Union would be highly advantageous

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: £35 000 +

Location: Warton
