HR Advisor
We currently have a vacancy for an HR Advisor in our Air Sector HR team. This role will be based at our RAF Coningsby site with some infrequent travel required to Preston and Scotland.
As an HR Advisor, you will be providing coaching, advice & support to Line Managers whilst owning and supporting multiple projects to drive the people and organisation agenda. The role holder will promote a positive culture within the business to enable employees to perform at their best whilst operating in a fast pace, customer facing environment.
Your main responsibilities as a HR Advisor will involve:
Provide coaching, advice and support to Line Managers on complex people issues
Trade Union relationship management
Owning and delivering a number of HR projects including; employee engagement, reward & recognition, line management capability development and talent management
Your skills and qualifications as a HR Advisor:
Proven recent experience working in a HR Role
Experience working in a Unionised environment
CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification
Coaching experience desirable
What we're looking for in you:
You will be a confident communicator, have experience working in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent influencing skills, and have the ability to manage conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining confidentiality.

Salary: £36,884+
