Global Mobility Professional
Would you like to join a large team based throughout the UK supporting Global Mobility Services across BAE Systems? We currently have a vacancy for a Global Mobility Professional at our site in Guildford.
As a Global Mobility Professional, you will have responsibility for supporting one of more Global Mobility Advisors, Managers and Business Partners across the team, managing Global Mobility Services for multiple business areas.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop a career within Global Mobility and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities as a Global Mobility Professional will involve:
Supporting the end to end management of the assignment process, applying a strong focus on continuous improvement for how the process can be made more efficient and effective
Responsibility for the preparation of paperwork associated with the international assignment/relocation
Responsibility for producing cost estimates for all international assignments/relocations to establish indicative costs for the business. Collate documentation required for immigration purposes, preparing standard immigration letters where required
Responsibility for maintaining accurate assignee data on ECA Enterprise and Success Factors (or equivalent systems)
Responsibility for the production and update of remuneration worksheets for changes in assignee's circumstances and cyclical activities (Reward review etc)
Supporting the wider team in the preparation of instructions to home and host payrolls for inbound and outbound assignees
Supporting the end to end compliance lifecycle for an assignees including tax, payroll, immigration, reporting, and technology
Your skills and qualifications as a Global Mobility Professional:
Quality driven, ensuring consistency and compliance
Good understanding of HR principles and practices would be beneficial
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Previous experience of records management and confident dealing with confidential data would be advantageous
A background or qualification in HR or Payroll would be desirable

Salary: £20 000+
