Recruitment Administrator (Part Time/Job Share Position)
Would you thrive in a key support role offering the opportunity to provide assistance to some key stakeholders within the company? We currently have a vacancy for a Recruitment Administrator at our site in Fulwood.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work within a close experienced team of recruiters providing support and administrative activities across a number of platforms. Your experience will enable you to solve a variety of complex issues ensuring that the on boarding process is completed effectively and efficiently at all times.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to build a strong stakeholder network and allow exposure to a wide cross section of the business providing the potential to explore a variety of future development prospects.
Your main responsibilities as a Recruitment Administrator will involve:
Supporting Recruitment Advisors (RAs) with a variety of areas including offer letters, assessment centre collateral, video interviews etc
Answering and managing applicant queries with first contact resolution or assign to appropriate team member
Liaising with booking company to book and manage hotel bookings
Using the applicant tracking system to bulk process candidates
Owning processes for all administration related activities ensuring that the process maps and work instructions are kept up to date
Being responsible for the management and payment of all candidate expenses
Supporting recruitment events and interviews with occasional overnight stay
Checking and processing of security paperwork to our security provider, updating security trackers and monitoring cycle time
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential:
Administration experience within a fast paced environment
Experience working effectively as part of a team
Ability to use own initiative and manage/prioritise own workload
Proficient with IT Systems and Microsoft Office
Planning and organising skills
Desirable:
Experience within a recruitment/HR function
Experience of processing with the security watchdog
Experience of being in an ISO 9001:2015 company and the processes involved
Experience of working with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Contact Systems

You will have a fine attention to detail and be meticulous in how you work, you should be willing to support across various sites if necessary.
This role involves working as part of a team, therefore being a team player is important. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: £17,000 Pro Rata Minimum
