Executive Assistant – Part time
Would you like to join an international business working in a fast paced environment? We currently have a vacancy for an Executive Assistant at our site in Farnborough supporting the Group Business Development (GBD) Chief Counsel
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and have the ability to liaise effectively at all levels internally and externally with the capability to deliver in a face paced environment. You should enjoy working on your own initiative and as part of a larger team, collaborating to ensure successful delivery.
The role will be hired as a job share. The ideal working pattern for the job share is Monday to Wednesday.
Your main responsibilities as an Executive Assistant will involve:
Diary management, co-ordinating meetings, travel arrangements, expenses management
Assisting with hosting and organising arrangements for meetings
Drafting correspondence and legal reports
Governance and Compliance record keeping and reporting in line with the GBD Governance Framework and Operational Framework on behalf of the GBD Chief Counsel, including the Real Estate Database and Quarterly Reporting, Community Investment Reports, Conflicts of Interest Register etc.
Organisation of legal training events
Typing up minutes and maintaining records
Assisting with preparing internal reports and editing presentation material as required
Support with events when required
Your skills and qualifications:
Proven experience of providing secretarial and executive administrative support
Good record keeping and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
Ability to manage and challenging an conflicting priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills
IT literate
Experience of coordinating events and exhibitions
