Early Careers Technical Administrator
Would you like to develop your skills and understanding of the Early Careers Programmes delivered within Shared Services? We currently have a vacancy for an Early Careers Technical Administrator at our site in Portsmouth
As an Early Careers Technical Administrator you will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day administration in support of all aspects of the Education and Early Careers Function. You will report directly to the Education and Graduate Manager
This role will provide you with the chance to build upon your technical and team working skills. You will be fully supported in your professional development with excellent career opportunities in the future.
Your main responsibilities as an Early Careers Technical Administrator will involve:
Producing departmental statistics, accurately and to time
Assisting in the delivery of education liaison activities in schools, colleges and universities within the local area
Collating information of new starters and produce Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for all learners
Providing secretarial support for management
Raising purchase orders
Updating, monitoring and auditing documentation
Entering all learners to local database and YETI funding system
Your skills and qualifications as an Early Careers Technical Administrator
Essential
Strong Business Administration Experience
Strong I.T Skills with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
Experience of handling data and producing reports
Strong Administrative and Organisational Skills
Excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple workloads
Proven ability to work to high standard of data accuracy
Desirable
Previous experience of dealing with training administration desirable
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or an equivalent recognised qualification

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
