Data Integrity Analyst
Would you like to assure data integrity across products for the Royal Navy? We currently have a vacancy for a Data Integrity Analyst at our site in Portsmouth Naval Base.
As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will be providing assurance to the Fleet Services Leadership Team on Data Integrity by monitoring Data Quality across all Fleet Services Products and Services and also helping to drive improvement while providing FS Engineering support within Product Integrity
This role will suit an individual wanting to exercise and develop their project management experience in a broad, challenging and varied environment.
Your main responsibilities as a Data Integrity Analyst will involve:
Supporting the Warship Support lead for governance of the quality, management and effective use of data across the business
Providing assurance of the integrity and effective use of data across Warship Support products and services
Assisting with the agreed strategy for Data Integrity Management, Governance, Policies and Procedures across Warship Support projects
Running work stream(s) within the Approved Data project and future Product Integrity projects reporting into the Project Manager
Interacting with the Enterprise Business System teams on projects and matters of Data Integrity
Providing guidance for Data Integrity input as required to related Business Improvement/Continuous Improvement programmes
Keeping all Data Integrity documentation up-to-date
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential
Project Management Experience
Experience with management & improvement projects
Have knowledge of statistics, and understand how Data works
Be familiar with legislation and regulation applicable to a wide engineering base
Be familiar in risk management, risk assessment and risk mitigation with regard to maritime platforms, and ideally other product areas
Highly PC literate – with a detailed knowledge of Microsoft systems, databases and query tools
Desirable
Six Sigma or Lean qualified
Delivering of training experienced
