I am recruiting! Fantastic opportunity available within a successful and prosperous company in a Resident Involvement Coordinator role.
£27,750 - £36,750 pro rata depending on experience.
6 months Maternity Cover.

*Ideally a competent and experienced involvement professional, able to develop and embed an involvement approach.
*You will be personable, good at building relationships, with communication and organisational skills as well as strong project management skills.
*Responsible for delivering the resident involvement strategy and the resident involvement training plan across the group.
*Development of new methods and techniques to deliver outcomes from resident involvement and customer insight.
*Be able to use an understanding of Governance, scrutiny and how to engage and encourage people to make a difference.
*Producing and managing action plans and writing reports, as well as supporting skills development through training and coaching.
*Ability and experience of running projects in a challenging business environment.
