Are you an undergraduate with a keen interest in social media? If so, we'd like to speak to you! We are seeking a super motivated individual who would like to gain valuable work experience within our dynamic social media team!

Social Media Responsibilities

-To maintain a calendar of content for each client in line with tone of voice, brief and upcoming events.
-To send a report to each respective client on the previous month's social media activity within in the first week of every month.
-To develop and maintain good client relations at all times.
-To write good quality and grammatically correct client content that matches their tone of voice at all times.
-To research forthcoming events that will be relevant for our clients to engage with.
-To ensure each client receives sufficient time and attention to achieve the required results, as set out from time to time by the Directors.
-To ensure that digital coverage, event reports and other items are sent to a client in a timely manner.

Management & Administration Responsibilities

-To implement company practice and develop and maintain systems.
-To meet company and client deadlines
-To communicate effectively and transparently with the Directors.
-To maintain your workspace to the standards set out by the Directors.

General Responsibilities

-To perform Administration, including but not limited to answering the phone, updating and managing the company diary, market research, creating databases, scanning press articles organising transport and couriers, and the maintenance of company filing systems.
-To attain and maintain the requisite IT skills to efficiently utilise the company’s office hardware and software packages.
-To adhere to the company’s code of conduct and systems, as set out in the company handbook.

Desired profile

This job description is for an unpaid internship. This internship is only available to undergraduates or to those in need of extra credit for an additional qualification. The contract length offered spans from 3-6 months, is on a full-time basis and offers paid expenses.
