We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic Architecture Team. This role is ideal for a developer who possesses a strong ability to build frameworks and platforms, with a particular emphasis on Python. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing an agentic AI platform, collaborating with other development groups to enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software platforms using Python, C#, and Angular.
• Lead the development of an agentic AI platform for developers and other users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide architectural guidance and technical expertise.
• Ensure the integration of security best practices in all development processes.
• Utilize cloud technologies to optimize platform performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Act as a special team consultant to other development groups, offering technical solutions and insights.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in software development, particularly in building frameworks and platforms.
·  Strong expertise in Python, with experience enterprise platform engineering being highly desirable.
·  Solid understanding of security principles and cloud technologies.
·  Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and applications.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
·  Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
