Job Purpose:

Work in close collaboration with the Head of Group Reward and the Group Reward Team to ensure the operational implementation of Reward and International Mobility processes for top 300 Group executives.

Size:

➢ Covers a population of 300 executives ( members of the Group Leadership Network and Local Heads of Key Control Functions)

➢ Spread over 30 countries

Context & Major Challenges:

  • Support the Group Reward Team with regard data management and reporting on Compensation processes.
  • The position requires good knowledge related to the elements of compensation, the main principles of international mobility and the regulations related to the insurance sector governing compensation.
  • To provide analyst support to the Group Reward Team on International Mobilit y , the position requires a good knowledge of the fields of action and skills of each person in order to proactively seek information and propose solution s.
  • Project management requires flexibility to adapt to different situations/personalities in order to deliver a quality result that provides a new or improved solution within the given deadlines and with everyone's support.

Qualifications :

Key Accountabilities:
1.Provide support to the Group Reward team on transversal projects initiated by the HR family (data accuracy, reporting and analytical support)


a. Fair Pay Assessment (Living Wage Gap, Equal Pay Gap, Gender Pay Gap)

·  Support entities across AXA’s locations in the Fair Pay Campaigns, including purpose of the campaign, usage of the tool, data cleansing and coordination with providers
·  Support team on other Fair Pay tasks, such as creation of communication toolkits, surveys, and benchmarking of practices.

b. Executive Compensation ReviewExecutive Compensation Review

·  Support the Group Reward team maintain up to date individual files and compensation data on the various tools / database
·  Support the various reporting requirements and letter creation

2.Implementation of the Remuneration Policy:

·  Support on Remuneration Policy topics such as Identified Staff management and Annual Report.

3.Remuneration review (annual and ad hoc):

·  Preparation of RCTs which consists of benchmarking and weighing of positions with WTW, preparation of HRIS tools and analysis files
·  Participate in the determination of compensation packages, contribute to the support of transfers and the mobility of the GLN population

4.International Mobility Analyst:

·  Provide Analyst Support to Manage the International Mobility cases for the GLN population
·  Interact and communicate effectively on topics related to compensation and mobility

5.HRIS Project Analyst:

·  Support data cleansing activities
·  Manage data transition and tool User Acceptance Testing and Implementation

6.Support o ther Reward tasks as they arise depending on the period

Main Competencies:

·  Advanced university degree in the field of human resources, or advanced degree in other relevant discipline, with 2 to 5 years of experience.Intermediate /
·  Advanced Microsoft Excel, be comfortable with reporting and analytic metric creation
·  Bilingual English. A second language would be a plus.
·  Willingness to learn and pass on.
·  Discretion, sense of confidentiality and attention to detail.
·  Results oriented.
·  Ability to interact in a changing international environment, rapid adaptation
·  Organization, good communication.
