AXA PPP healthcare are revolutionising proactive health provision with new services that are winning in the market. We are looking to recruit an experienced health and wellbeing professional to join our Pro Active team.

The role will cover sites in and around London for one of our key clients and it is essential that you live in or near the city.

The role

In the role as Physiologist you will deliver onsite wellbeing assessments and health education to AXA clients at sites across London. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing lifestyle and health promotion advice both face-to-face and through telephonic support. You will be part of the Pro Active team which focuses on addressing key lifestyle related health issues in the aim of reducing poor health and the impact it has on the workplace sickness and absence.

You will deliver the service supported by the most sophisticated and coherent proposition in the market that successfully integrates the power of face-to-face services with the online environment and behaviour change programmes.

Responsibilities will include:

· Overseeing wellbeing programme delivery for a dedicated client.

· Undertaking onsite wellbeing assessments in a professional manner, in keeping with clinical guidelines as outlined in the clinical training received on commencing the role

· Providing accurate health and lifestyle related advice and information

· Managing delivery of assessments to all sites as agreed, to include personal diary management and logistics

· Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Sports Science/Health Science/Exercise Physiology

· Previous experience in health, wellbeing or fitness environment

· Strong verbal & written communication skills

· Proficient in MS office

· Ability to work to deadlines
