Mission:

Formalize the job positions needs with managers and recruiters, carry out the candidates’ pre-qualification process to provide the relevant shortlist to managers and recruiters while always
promoting AXA Services image.

Main activities:

Job brief:

·  In collaboration with the recruiter, contribute to the job brief creation with the manager.
·  Advise manager on the labor market to guide the job brief creation.

Define a sourcing strategy:

·  Identify and select the relevant channel to source candidates
·  Effectively use tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to
source candidates

Candidates’ pre-selection:

·  Identify and pre-qualify candidates, promoting AXA Group Operations brand.
·  Provide qualitative short list to the recruiter and manager.
·  Provide Group Operations pipeline with identified candidates for the needed positions.
·  Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.

Reporting:

·  Regularly provide reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status
