Purpose
AXA IM SELECT will target the affluent customer segment (minimum of € 100.000) in collaboration with various group entities in Belgium and abroad.
IM SELECT is pAXAositioned as a portfolio manager.
In this context, AXA IM SELECT must have a strong commercial and sales organization in order to develop his activities.
The priority for the Junior Relationship Manager is to manage the relationship with the segment of our end clients who have the lowest AUM. He will explain the investment strategy, answer ad hoc questions, perform the annual contacts, and encourage reinvestments by using tools to contact clients by distance. (tele sales activities). The Junior Relationship Manager works closely with the Client relationship managers and Business Development Managers and can support them in their activities.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the relationship with our clients with lowest AUM
- Updating the clients’ mifid profile
- Being able to explain the macroeconomic environment, investment strategy, asset allocation and fund picking by distance, be able to respond to clients asking questions on their portfolio by distance.
- Work closely together with BDM’s and CRM’s : in supporting them by calling clients & prospects or brokers in the context of specific campaigns
- Understand and perform all risk & compliance controls required for your function as documented in our Policies & Procedures

Education
· Master or Bachelor economics or related degree or equivalent by experience
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience,
· Good knowledge of Dutch or French, English
