Since 2008, the AXA Research Fund has supported over 720 projects led by scientists in over 340 leading universities in 38 countries. The AXA Research Fund supports human progress by accelerating research in key areas related to risk and disseminating it to help inform public and private decision-making based on science.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Health Ecosystem, working together with the Health Ecosystem Manager.
Your job and daily missions:
Your work will consist in contributing to the Team’s objectives by supporting the Health Ecosystem Manager, mainly in the following tasks:
Support in Operations :
- Monitoring of the research projects’ deliverables ;
- Operational relation with academic institutions on administrative topics ;
- Transversal reporting in the Team’s CRM tools.
Support in Knowledge Management :
- Produce / transfer knowledge from scientific sources (e.g. produce thematic notes on key health topics);
- Produce / transfer knowledge from grantee’s outputs (e.g. produce summaries from grantees’ reports);
- Support internal and external research dissemination (e.g. presentations / engaging digital contents).
Support Leverage Activities :
- Support the identification of relevant researchers within the AXA Research Fund grantees, for different initiatives ;
- Take part in events preparations (organization, contents, alignment with relevant stakeholders) as well as contents production and activity steering (e.g. benchmarks, impact assessments) ;
- Take part in stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally, and both within the scope of research and business.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Let’s talk about you:
You are currently doing a master’s degree in business or communications, with a strong interest/knowledge in scientific research, ideally on health-related topics, and you have a strong conviction on the societal role of science. A scientific/engineering profile with appetite for sustainability and corporate-oriented approaches is also welcome.
The position requires the following:
· Intellectual curiosity and scientific culture, also with the ability to manage very operational tasks ;
· Ability to navigate scientific and technical contents, both in research and business areas ;
· Customer-oriented, able to adapt a variety of stakeholders, with a sense of impactful communications ;
· Team-player, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to share information proactively ;
· Advanced computer skills with full command of Microsoft 365 suite, especially PowerPoint ;
· At ease in a multi-cultural, English-speaking working environment -- excellent command of English and French, both written and oral (French native level is required) ;
· Ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholders work environment.
A first long-term internship experience is a plus.
