AXA Group’s Headquarters in Paris brings together the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities with the Group's strategy, and is responsible for managing international projects. The headquarters has approximately 800 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities).
The Group Foresight Team's (Exploring possible futures to anticipate tomorrow’s challenges | AXA) mission is to proactively identify emerging trends and emerging signals that will shape AXA's future direction. By staying ahead of the curve, the team ensures that AXA is well-prepared to anticipate, innovate, and meet the evolving needs of its future customers. The team conducts forward-looking analyses on a wide range of topics, including major social and economic trends, the impact of climate change, technological advancements, and the future of healthcare through a sustainability-focused lens. Collaborating with internal and external experts, the team enriches its analyses, enhances AXA's visibility, and strategically positions the company on crucial future issues. Additionally, Foresight facilitates the alignment of medium-term initiatives with a long-term perspective, offering valuable strategic insight for the business. The team reports to the Group Head of the Sustainability Team, who in turn reports to the Group Head of Communication, Brand and Sustainability. It works closely with the AXA Research Fund to influence and keep up with research pursuits and to better understand trends that will shape the future of insurance.
Your team
Join the AXA Group Foresight Team at the headquarters in Paris and contribute to shaping the future of the insurance industry. As a Foresight Intern, you will work alongside the Foresight Team to scout emerging trends and weak signals, driving forward-looking analyses on social, economic, environmental, and technological disruptions. Your work will involve contributing to content production, conducting desk research, drafting foresight analysis, and exploring various foresight tools and methodologies. You will also support thought-leadership initiatives, such as promoting a positive vision of the future through internal and external events and publications.
Your main activities
- Contribute to content production and desk research in the thematic pillars of environment, health, socioeconomics, and data & tech.
- Draft foresight analysis to feed the team’s monthly newsletter, internal foresight notes, and the annual foresight exploration.
- Explore different foresight tools and methodologies, aiming to strengthen the team’s toolkit and our colleagues’ foresight capacities.
- Assist in the coordination and presentation of creative workshops, webinars, and other events to promote foresight productions.
- Support the rolling-out of the 100+ reasons to love the future program.

Your profile
· Strong capabilities of analysis and synthesis
· Intellectual curiosity and interest in cross-disciplinary research
· Excellent command of French and English, especially written
· Autonomy, discipline, and good organizational skills
· Knowledge in design thinking and ability to facilitate creative workshops is a plus
