Are you a professional with a passion for managing international mobility to drive our global talent strategy?
Within Group HR, you will join our International Mobility Solutions team whose mission is to design, define and implement International Mobility strategy and offering as well as manage and coordinate international moves across Group entities and geographies through common international mobility platform, framework, and guidelines.
The role of International Mobility Specialist is instrumental in advising the business to drive our global talent strategy and enhance our international assignee experience.
Your job and daily missions:
- Provide HR with expertise advisory on all international assignment related matters (e.g., immigration, social security, tax issues, legal constraints, country issues)
- Apply the AXA International Mobility processes and methodology consistently and in compliance with the International Mobility Framework and the Service Level Agreement with our clients
- Pro-actively coordinate the assignment life cycle with HR and assignee on appointed cases (from departure until repatriation)
- Review and take responsibility for accuracy of cost projections, balance sheets and contractual documents prepared by the analysts within agreed time frame
- Prepare cost projection, balance sheets and contractual documents when required
- Mentor the Analysts
- Support the IM Business Partner and pro-actively escalate critical cases and issues timely
- Participate to transversal projects/analysis
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum of 3-year experience in HR, in an international work environment, preferably within Rewards/International Mobility
· Good analytical skills with attention to details
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
· Tax or Immigration knowledge is an advantage
· Fluent in English, French or other language is a plus
· Flexible team player
