Your job and daily missions:
Primary mission:
· In this role, the Analyst supports the conduct of the Organization and Talent Review (AXA’s global Top 250 succession planning process).
· The person supports in preparing the documents that facilitate discussion and decisions for Talent Management and supports all the data reporting and project management of the top 250 and top 2000 community.
Core activities include:
· Supporting to the team in ensuring all the deliverables and calendar are on track and supporting all the data processes and materials for the OTR, GLN, Executive Population and other ad-hoc topics.
· Executive Population: Build insights to enable impactful management of the Executive population, building a collective talent view of this population to support performance, engagement, retention and to support develop and manage the broader AXA ‘pipeline’ for professional families.
· GLN: In charge of managing the regular updates and owning the process of the top 200 in the company including on reporting and coordinating with other teams.
· Focus on supporting the drive to build data and analytical insights for the GLN and Top 2000.
· Participating in cross-functional projects or/and organization-wide transversal HR initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Between 3-4 years of work experience, in a Human Resource related discipline is a plus but not a requirement.
· Excellent skills on Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analytics tools.
· Very high attention to detail, focused, structured, and strong analytical skills.
· Autonomy and full capacity to work independently.
· Ability to switch between multiple tasks and meet deadlines, extremely comfortable dealing with high complexity and ambiguity.
· Able to work on highly confidential information and to adapt the process to sensitive situations.
· Results and efficiency oriented.
· Excellent spoken and written English is required; French is a strong plus.
· Work hard while having fun in a fast-paced environment, able to deliver under pressure and sometimes manage high volumes of workload.
