Controlling Operational Responsibilities

  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Supporting the Head of Product and the and the controlling manager in the financial steering of the department.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Business Partnering with the Opco
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Building the financial plan hand in hand with Business Teams.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Providing seamless support in day-to-day operations.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Ensure financial plan execution (Actuals vs. Plan cost deviation analysis)
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Identify potential business financial risks and opportunities.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->NFTE Budget, Forecast and pre-close process.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Expense Commitment validation
  • <--[endif]-->End to end Closing process.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Perform centralized controls to guarantee the accuracy & reliability of financial information.
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Expenses follow-up
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Manage APCO creation in Anaplan according to the Division’ architecture and costing rules
  • <-- [if supportLists]-->Prepare the Monthly & Quarterly reports and deliverables

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

·  Graduate from a recognized University with 5 years of expertise in FP&A and controlling or audit.

·  Demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels
·  Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning reporting.
·  Customer focused - actively seeks and responds appropriately to customer’s needs.
·  Deal with problems in line with agreed procedures.
·  Good logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·  Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
·  Be flexible in approach.
·  Good interpersonal skills: proactivity, team player, self-starter.
·  Technical Competencies
·  Awareness of AXA group principles and ecosystem
·  Anaplan or an equivalent financial controlling & budgeting ERP.
·  MS Excel and pack office advanced mastery
·  Power BI

Language Skills:

·  Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing.
