Your work environment

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning department.

Within this Department, you will report to the Head of Learning Operations and Learner Engagement.

Your job and daily missions:

Support to the Financial Controller of the Group Learning Team

  • Provide adequate support and backup to the Financial Controller of Group Learning on critical activities such as contract management, invoicing entities, and compliance.
  • Liaise with project managers to translate the roadmap into a detailed budget vision and support financial controller on the overall budget management.
  • Co-monitor all procurement process, and ensure follow-up of purchase order creation and payment of providers.

Data and Insights

  • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and create appropriate dashboards to monitor Learning practice at global level.
  • Launch ad hoc studies to address specific questions or feed transversal prospective thinking with meaningful insights.
  • Create meaningful and engaging presentations to communicate data and insights for various stakeholders
  • In coordination with the strategic planner and the project managers, contribute transversally to the financial and non-financial publications of AXA that include a narrative on the Learning activity such as the AXA Group Annual Report, the AXA Corporate Sustainability Assessment and the corporate annual report for AXA Université.

Process Management

  • Analyze current processes to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Define and enhance processes and operating models of Group Learning in a continuous manner, promoting operational excellence.
  • Secure the delivery of the teams with clear processes maximizing compliance, effectiveness and simplicity.
  • Administer collaborative tools such as Sharepoint, define guidelines for knowledge management, and monitor the quality of documentation processes.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Technical and professional skills :

·  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Management.
·  Data analysis and data visualization
·  2-3 years of proven experience in project management, team collaboration, and process improvement methodologies.
·  Experience in Consulting or business transformation would be highly appreciated
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Business French & English proficiency
·  Mastering Excel, Powerpoint and data visualization tools is a prerequisite.
