DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

Primary mission of the position:

AXA REV is looking for a Content Writer, native English, with great capabilities in creating contents with a strong technical and digital leaning.

Within the Communication and Communities department, the Content Manager will handle the editorial experience for internal and external audiences in a wide range of different topics. He/She liaises with the team to build a global communication ecosystem.

The candidate must have excellent communication and strong organizational skills to coordinate and review the creation of engaging contents.

The Content Writer oversees the definition of the global editorial approach: storytelling, presentations, social media and web content. The candidate has a consistent journalistic approach and a proven track record on increasing engagement and drive leads across all communication channels (edition, social media, web, events, communities).

This position requires a high level of creativity for generating new content types and a very strong attention to details especially in proofreading articles before publication.

The Content Writer must show rigor, be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in parallel and be committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Key accountabilities of the position:

Produce, edit and customize contents for all our communications channels, including Neswletter, Intranet, LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium.

Support the AXA REV team to pitch articles and publication for external media and institutions.

Assist and adjust in the writing of messages for physical and virtual events globally internally and externally (Ideation Sessions, Working Groups, TEDx, Meetups, Conferences, Talks, Hackathons, etc.).

Collaborate with various teams across multiple countries/entities, especially with Group Operation and AXA Group teams.

Qualifications :

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Technical and professional skills:

· 
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field

· 
5 years minimum of experience in copywriting or journalism

·  Knowledge of digital, tech environment
·  Mastering writing techniques
·  Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
Soft skills and competencies:

·  Native English and fluent in French
·  Experience of working within complex organizations
· 
Excellent communication and organizational skills

·  Very strong sense of detail
· 
Fast learner and comfortable working in high-pressure environments

· 
Exhibit a proven track record of continually looking for ways to improve the audience satisfaction

Customer oriented and able to convey complex themes and ideas in clear and concise language

Background and experience:

·  Demonstrable experience in writing
· 
Demonstrate the ability to conceive contents for a wide range of supports (print, web, social media, videos)

· 
Be comfortable with working in a close agile mode with moving objectives and targets
