Your work environment
The headquarters of the AXA Group in Paris coordinates and supports the company's global activities and consists of approximately 1000 employees from 45 different nationalities.
The Group Compliance department, within which you would work, ensures that AXA operates in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Your role would be part of the Monitoring and Oversight team, which focuses on implementing consistent standards and frameworks for AXA entities worldwide and monitoring compliance risks and control environments.
Your job and daily missions
Within the Group Compliance Department, you will be part of the Monitoring and Oversight team. As a Compliance Data Analyst within AXA Group, you will play a crucial role in allowing the Group Compliance team to support the development of its data and technology plan through automation and AI solutions.
As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Identify Group Compliance needs, propose the appropriate tech solutions, and build the roadmap
- Develop tools leveraging AI/automation technologies to enhance Group Compliance processes, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conduct, data privacy, and monitoring
- Work on developing analytical scripts, automated dashboards, and tools to enable the Group Compliance team to focus on strategic initiatives and create real-time monitoring
- Contribute to the development of training programs and raise awareness on AI/automation
- Participate in developing a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions
Desired profile
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role, you will need:
· Master’s degree in data science, Business Intelligence or equivalent
· Expertise on Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent “self-service” Business Intelligence Tool such as Tableau or Qlik) on the end-to-end process (from data load, analysis to visualisation and publishing)
· Expertise on Python (or other programming / scripting language for data handling such as SAS, R or ACL)
· Some experience in transformation / training / consulting activities would be a plus
· Some experience in data science would be a plus
· Fluent in English
