As a Client Service & Sales Support, you will report to the Head of Client Services and you will be part of AXA IM PRIME business unit.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, work closely with the Product & Sales team to improve and automatize sales and client service processes
Product focus: Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt and Hedge Funds.
Global presence in Paris, Germany, Japan, U.S.A, the U.K. and Italy. Client base including sovereign wealth funds, public and private pensions, insurance companies and family offices.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Working in the Client Service department, which is part of the CPO team, in the day to day tasks, and in particular:
- In charge of the Salesforce tool and all digital automation and upgrade for sales activity optimization and reporting: structuring the tool, working with other internal teams on automation, AI approach to enhance the quality of the client base.
- Assist sales in defining target investor lists using various databases.
- Responsible for mastering AXA IM Prime’s automated marketing fund update and communication via adapted tools (i.e. Eloqua) and maintaining the distribution lists through these tools.
- Assist sales in day-to-day investor coverage and coverage of third-party marketing teams (send materials, answer questions from investors, etc).
- Assist sales in maintenance of investor contacts and meeting reports and deal pipeline in CRM tool.
Assist sales in preparing Sales activity report/presentations for Management Board meetings, Client Group Meetings, Staff Meetings.
As a back up of the Client Service team:
- Drive an automatic filtering on RFP sites such as Mandatwire, Global Fund search, etc. to identify potential RFP’s for AXA IM Prime and create a structured way to analyze this filtering.
- Support the process in structuring AXA IM Prime’ answers to Requests for Proposals (‘RFPs’) or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high-quality content on AXA IM Prime expertise overall.
- Participate to the onboarding process of clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools.
- Monitor the delivery of the fund reporting to AXA IM Prime clients.
- Assist in referencing of AXA IM Prime’s strategies and funds on various consultant databases.

Education / Qualifications
· Master’s degree in marketing / finance / economics
Experience / Skills
· At least one year of work experience in the asset management or finance sectors.
· English language and writing skills a must, German speaking would be a plus.
· Experience working with SALESFORCE is a must.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, VBA, and strong interest in AI tools.
