As a future Campus Specialist, you will report to the Campus Manager, and you will be part of AXA IM Human Resources.

We are looking for a Campus specialist to join the Talent Attraction team of AXA IM and especially the dedicated campus team to attract, interview and integrate our young talents in Paris and London.

Your role and responsibilities will include

Recruit apprentices, interns, graduates and VIEs
• Assisting managers in the development of job descriptions
• Promoting positions on job boards and liaising with school career services representatives
• Screening CVs to identify potential candidates, forward suitable CVs to managers, interview selected candidates and extend offer to validated candidates

Promote AXA IM as a reference employer to young talent
• Participating at forums in link with other AXA entities
• Coordinating student events in AXA IM premises (ex: identification of speakers, organization of logistics aspects)

• Ensuring a qualitative recruitment and onboarding process (ex: feedback to candidates, onboarding event)

Manage administrative activities
• Organizing appropriate visas/ work permits if needed with internal HR team and external providers

• Coordinating with business France for VIE contracts and follow up with VIEs to ensure a positive experience

Your qualifications and experience

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a first experience in recruitment of interns, VIE’s, apprentices in an international environment preferably in financial services
• Excellent communicator with ability to persuade candidates

• Demonstrates a proactive approach with a great level of service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Fluent written and oral English and French
