Job description
IT Asset Management is part of IT4IT domain. ITAM is the process of managing the lifecycle of hardware and software assets within an organization. This includes tracking the acquisition, deployment, utilization, and disposal of IT assets to maximize their value and minimize risks. The goal is to ensure that the organization's IT assets are used efficiently, are properly maintained, and comply with relevant regulations and licensing agreements. IT asset management helps organizations to make informed decisions about their IT investments, control costs, and mitigate security and compliance risks. IT asset management data is critical at AXA because of:

AXA strategic drivers , either internal drivers (TDO strategy, AXA One data approach, Group security One trust program) or external ones (IT asset reports/proofs required by Entities’ regulators for DORA, local regulations)

Entities’ and GO main ITAM business needs : collecting all IT asset inventory data for analytical purpose, accessing global reports relying on IT asset data
The ITAM Team is organized in 2 main activities: ITAM Data Product and ITAM Data governance.
This job post targets a Business Analyst position in the ITAM data governance workstream.
The ITAM data governance is organized through global ITAM domains (1. Applications & Software, 2. Network, 3. Infrastructure, 4. Workplace). ITAM data governance aims to provide
Reporting to the ITAM data governance Manager, the Business analyst oversees the data governance of Silva cmdb. This role is Global.
About the job
The ITAM data governance Business Analyst acts as the main point of contact regarding one or multiple IT asset domains. He/she fronts the interactions with the Entities, GO Products and Corpporate functions and with some key AXA GO’s teams to achieve his / her targets:

Silva Product (product owner, developers)
·
Silva data source owners (Product teams)
·
Group Architecture
·
Entities or Products’ IT asset data owners and data stewards
·
Silva cmdb data consumers (e.g. group or local security officers, digital sustainability team, tech debt team…)
He / she is responsible to analyze and deliver minor ITAM data governance evolutions in a BAU, contribute as an SME to the design and impact analysis of major ITAM data governance evolutions in a project mode, design and deliver change management capabilities.
Activities
· Classify and monitor on a regular basis requests sent to ITAM through catalog items
· Oversee data governance major evolutions
· Define to the approach, impact analysis and the design of an ITAM data governance major evolutions related to Silva evolutions (new interface, evolution of data model…) or the creation of Global ITAM report
· Following up the implementation of new Silva cmdb requirements in a project mode: based on the high level design, followup the low level design, organize Workshops, UAT and global deployment to deliver projects in a timely manner
· Managing risk regarding the delivery and escalating the ITAM Data governance manager if needed
· Propose a prioritization of major requests and contribute to the ITAM data governance roadmap (3-year and yearly)
· Design and implement minor requests
· Scope: Silva data model evolutions (field evolution, value list evolutions) following validation in ITAM Design Authority, ITAM reports evolutions (e.g. evolution of calculation rule)
· Prioritizing backlog
· Raising demands to Silva Product
· Change Management
· Prepare and deliver yearly ITAM trainings (e.g. ITAM introduction, Processes & Silva data model, Data quality management), maintain training material and publish it
· Prepare and animate quarterly global ITAM Communities to keep GO, Entities and Corporate functions stakeholders updated on key information (data model evolutions, process and procedures updates, report refresh)
· Support the ITAM GPO maintaining documentation (data catalog, data ownership, processes, procedures)
· Governance

· Contribute the ITAM program and product governance bodies (Product dialog, regular meetings with Silva, GSO, Architecture)
