Within the Group, you will join the HR team. Within this Department, you will be part of the Group Reward team among the Group Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility team.

Your job and daily missions:

  1. Assist the Group Reward team in its missions, various transversal projects and initiatives such as fair pay, diversity & inclusion and HRIS transformation.
  2. Support on various Reward topics by:
    • Contributing to the Group Executives compensation review (main process during the year)
    • Support with the Group Executives role grading process and external benchmarking exercise
    • Engage with external consultants and third parties’ providers involved in our Group Reward processes
    • Be a support pillar for the team in data management and analysis, creating reports and dashboards using our internal HRIS database to extract relevant information for high-level decision making
    • Helping the team maintain up to date individual files and compensation database, monitoring data quality and consistency in a complex and fast-paced environment
    • The Group Reward team is responsible for the management of the international mobility of our Group Executives and Leaders across the world. The Reward Analyst’s mission will be to support the team with individual case management around various related-topics as social security, taxation, immigration, contract preparation and relocation. Interacting with third providers engaged by AXA to support these processes
    • Provide support to the project team involved in the transformation project of our internal AXA’s Executive Compensation Review tool

Required Skills:

·  Knowledge in HR and/or Rewards
·  Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
·  Advanced level of Excel
·  Capacity to react and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
·  Multi-cultural mindset
·  Team player Project Management and result oriented
·  Fluent in English both written and verbal, able to also understand French

Experience required:

·  First experience in HR / Rewards is a plus
·  Completing a Master degree in HR or Finance (business school is appreciated)
