YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
The GO General Secretary, Risk, Legal & Compliance Division acts as the coordinator of second line of defense functions (Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Control) and assimilated (Legal and Data Privacy). Those activities intend to support and secure AXA GO strategic orientations by ensuring compliance of the activities operated by GO with AXA Group standards and regulatory requirements across geographies. It also coordinates and supports correct delivery of audit remediation activities.
In this context, you will join the Legal department , reporting to the Corporate Legal Manager.
Your main tasks:
· Drafting, negotiating, and validating commercial contracts, particularly those related to the purchase of technological solutions, services, and software
· Coordinating and participating in the implementation of intra-group agreements
· Organizing the governance bodies of AXA Group Operations (general meeting, board of directors)
· Legal management of disposal, acquisition, and restructuring operations for AXA Group entities
· Preparing and managing files related to M&A operations, including document review, legal monitoring, and setting up virtual data rooms
· Thorough analysis of contracts and operational documents, identifying risks and proposing compliant solutions
· Legal monitoring and drafting of summary notes to support strategic decisions
You will develop:
· Your skills in business law, contracts, governance, and corporate law in a regulated international environment
· Your knowledge in commercial negotiation and the legal management of M&A projects
· Your skills in IT law, particularly for the review of contracts related to technological solutions
· Your ability to collaborate with legal professionals, operational teams, and partners located in several regions (Europe, Asia, America)

Education : Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, or equivalent (University or business school/specialized institute)

· Proficiency in legal English, both spoken and written
· Excellent writing skills and legal analysis capabilities
Languages : Fluency in French and English is mandatory
