The headquarters’ Chief Compliance Officer (who is also the AXA Group Anti-Bribery Officer) has responsibilities to manage and monitor an adequate and efficient compliance programme to comply with compliance laws and regulations and AXA Standards. To deliver this programme, the AXA GIE Chief Compliance Officer works with two Compliance Analysts. The new French Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) regulatory environment (Sapin II Law, French Anti-Bribery Agency’s guidelines and controls) has dramatically evolved.
