Where will you be in the organization?
The division
Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.
The department / team
You will join the Business and Data Global Products department, in the Data, BI & Analytics team, which encompasses a large range of solutions and services to support the Business of AXA, from technical IT4IT tools to enhanced Data capabilities, helping systems to be more reliable and secured.
Our team is composed of 3 Product :
Data, BI & Analytics

SHINE platform provides Data capabilities through reporting, analysis, visualization tools
·
Master Data Management (MDM) enhancing Data quality through Data governance
·
Secure GPT: Internal service that offers secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees.

About the job
Job purpose
Secure GPT is an internal AXA service that provides secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees. It enables employees to generate, summarize, translate, reformulate, and correct text and codes for daily tasks related to insurance work. The service ensures data sovereignty and protects against intellectual property loss while being compliant with all relevant labor regulations.
Secure GPT is currently available for 150 000 collaborators at AXA.
The purpose of this internship is to work on the adoption of Secure GPT, through communication. The intern will be responsible for dealing will all aspects of communication around the product.
Facing 200+ entities and 150k users requires to communicate clearly and enough, to avoid most of 1-to-1 contacts.
The current team is about 20 people, in France, Spain and Portugal, working on many aspects to manage operational activities and product development.

About you
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
At least 2 years of Business/Communication School
Knowledge on AI is a plus
Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about product communication and marketing
·
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
·
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
·
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
·
Basic IT knowledge, as the understanding of the product and its limitation is key
French & English speaker mandatory
