Job description
The   adminstrative Assistant   plays a key role in helping day-to-day activities run smoothly and facilitating good communication;
 
· 
Provide administrative support to HR Managers and Team Assistants;
 
· 
Organize and manage administrative & logistical requirements related to the activities of this perimeter;
 
 Key accountabilities 
·  Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls; 
· Manage agenda; 
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments; 
· Book travel and other arrangements ; 
· Perform multifaceted general office support (time-off, purchases, expense accounts, …); 
· Complete some specific projects (dashboards, monitoring quantitative and/or qualitative data);

·  Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
·  Fluent English (written and oral) and proficient in French
