AVL Research and Engineering Turkey is a member of the AVL Group with more than 9.000 employees working worldwide on the development of vehicle powertrains, controls, software, instrumentation and test systems. We are looking for highly qualified and talented individuals to join our engineering team at R&D Center in Istanbul.

Your Responsibilities:
·  Obtaining, implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System
·  Responsibility of ISO 9001 certification compatibility
·  Carrying out internal audits and follow-ups within the framework of ISO 9001
·  Inspecting the appropriateness of the design and development processes in terms of written procedures and defined specifications
·  Monitoring, measuring and reviewing internal quality processes
·  Tracking quality-related topics within the engineering departments
·  Works in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement & lean management techniques to improve the process quality & efficiency
·  Following up all quality problems according to customer feedbacks, preparing action plans and realizing those plans in agreed time scale, in coordination with related departments
·  Coordinating, and working closely with, all other departments through documentation preparation, managing the process and following it
·  Being up to date on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to service quality

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  Bachelor's degree in Engineering
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems and Quality Control in the automotive industry
·  Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System
·  Knowledge of quality tools/methodologies such as process management and report preparation
·  Demonstrated ability to motivate multi-departmental project teams and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
·  Good report writing and statistical /data analysis skills
·  Proficiency in both written and spoken English
·  No military service obligation for male candidates
