Your Responsibilities:
·  Analyze transmission and driveline components & assemblies using commercial FEA codes (primary target components are transmission and hybrid driveline assemblies)
·  Perform FEA simulations on complex driveline parts & structures using finite element methods
·  Support the development of electrified & hybrid drivelines by understanding and executing DVP tasks
·  Develop and support in-house software/scripts to enable efficient performance of CAE engineering
·  Do research and preparation of data, define targets for the validation of CAE models and execute the concept of ‘digital twin'
·  Perform basic pre-test analysis, analyze and correlate test data with the aim of achieving high level of correlations Annual Remuneration:
Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR39,200. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  Mechanics or Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering (Secondary technical college, university of applied sciences or university of technology)
·  Very good background in mechanics of materials, Experience with Fatigue or Fracture Mechanics
·  Very good background in static/dynamic structural FEAs
·  Theoretical and practical knowledge of FEM
·  Experience using Durability and Damage Tolerance (D&DT) Tools
·  Analytic mind, accurate, systematic and self-reliant
·  Very good command of English (written and spoken)
