CRM System Administrator is responsible for applying defined best practices and procedures to design, implement, build, test, document, and support salesforce.com (SFDC) applications.

Your Responsibilities:
·  Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud) administration
·  Configuration of the Salesforce platform; validation rules, custom objects, workflows
·  Working with other administrators and developers to translate business requirements into solution designs
·  Customizing page layouts, objects and fields
·  Creating reports and dashboards
·  Monitoring system performance
·  User management incl. access setup and control
·  User Support, resolving and tracking Salesforce end-user issues
·  Participating in daily scrums and weekly meetings
·  Creating and managing unit tests
·  Documentation of business and functional requirements Annual Remuneration:
Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR40,000. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  Bachelor's Degree in Software Design, Computer Engineering, IT or related field (or equivalent in experience)
·  Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, Java
·  Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
·  Salesforce Certified Administrator/Developer a plus
·  Apex/VisualForce experience a plus
·  Fluent in English (spoken and written form)
