The CRM Coach is the primary person responsible for ensuring that our implementation of Salesforce CRM is, and continues to be, an effective tool for our local sales, marketing and service teams. As the primary point of contact for “everything Salesforce,” the CRM Coach has an important role in keeping the tool working properly and ensuring our local staff is able to utilize it effectively. The CRM Coach will also be the primary liaison with the Global CRM Team to ensure functionality we need locally is well understood. The CRM Coach will be responsible for preparing our local operations for new functionality developed by the Global CRM Team. Additionally, the CRM Coach will provide guidance and support for the local operation to leverage the Salesforce Platform for other, local, non-CRM related applications. “Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Your Responsibilities:
·  Develop and Design custom objects and code as needed for other non-CRM related applications.
·  Create custom workflows and processes in SFDC
·  Support new and existing users with questions and issues (help requests).
·  Manage, prioritize and follow-up on help requests from the users.
·  Act as the primary contact with Salesforce.com support when needed.
·  Coordinate the resolution of significant issues with Global CRM Team.
·  Assist Global CRM Team in maintaining training curriculum and materials for new and existing users.
·  Train users on the use of Salesforce.com including integrations with other systems (e.g. SAP).
·  Manage mass imports and exports of data as needed.
·  Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users for improvements and communicate them to the Global CRM Team.
·  Document system configuration and administrative processes as they are developed.
·  Be the leader to support the goals of our organization, and how those goals are supported by the Salesforce application.
·  Keep abreast of Salesforce.com functional capabilities and roadmap to maximize our investment and commitment to the Salesforce Platform.

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  3+ years' experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations
·  Able to work independently as well as in large teams
·  Able to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with little to average amount of supervision
·  Good project management skills
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to travel internationally
·  Strong testing skills
·  Experience leading and facilitating user group discussions
·  Experience developing and maintaining training materials and training curriculum
·  Experience with analytical snapshots a plus
·  Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
·  Salesforce.com Developer Certification a plus
