Salary – London: Circa £80,000 - £90,000 / National: Circa £65,000 - £75,000

12-month FTC

Aviva is seeking a talented Senior Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

A bit about the job:

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the strategic direction of our Health and Protection businesses within Aviva’s Insurance, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) division. Collaborating closely with Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence planning cycles and drive the change agenda. This role involves active support for analysis, coordinating discussion forums, and providing insights to key collaborators.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
Strong ability to gather, prioritize, synthesize, and analyse complex information.

· 
Excellent written communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.

· 
Knowledge of financial services industry and insurance, with strong commercial acumen.

· 
Instinct for leadership and influencing, with resilience and adaptiveness in problem-solving.

· 
Experience in Health and Protection businesses or strategy roles preferred.

What you’ll get for this role:

Salary – London: Circa £80,000 - £90,000 / National: Circa £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).

Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
