Transactions and Asset Management Analyst

Job description

• Assistance with creation of business plans
• Create weekly or bi-weekly research articles and video/audio content for the firm to post on its website and social media platforms
• Identify exhibitions and networking opportunities for the business to attend and exhibit at
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of presentations and materials for potential investors and co-lenders
• Prepare term sheets for live deals
• Prepare pre-due diligence and post due diligence short form credit papers
• Request legal, valuation and project monitoring quotes from professionals
• Collate and review initial documentation from lawyers
• Carry out due diligence and analysis on deals, borrowers
• Compile and update underwriting checklist on transactions
• Prepare template documents
• Create and review credit policy documentation
• Create and prepare credit committee minutes
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of key terms summary post-drawdown
• Follow-up on conditions subsequent or other borrower requirements/requests
• Prepare monthly asset management sheets following direct liaison with borrowers
• Assist with investor reporting
• Carrying out such other duties as requested by Line Manager and other Principals

Desired profile

Degree level (BSc/BA/BEng, MSc/MA/MEng) or higher Majoring in either:

- Law
- Finance
- Business
- Economics
- Real Estate
- or other relevant degree level subject
