We’re Auto Trader, the UK’s leading Digital Automotive Platform and we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to support our customers with technical and non-technical queries.

The Role

Being the voice of Auto Trader our Customer Service Advisor's provide exceptional support to our customers. You will own the customer query from start to resolution ensuring the customer receives not just a satisfactory outcome but also an effortless experience. Queries will range from the very simple requests for information through to technical support requirements relating to our suite of digital products. Whatever the query, you will thrive on the challenge of seeing it through and will be given the training and tools to be able to do this with ease.

The Person

You don’t have to be a petrol head or car enthusiast! To succeed in this role you will be technically savvy and have experience of providing support and customer service in a digital environment. You pay strong attention to detail and have an exceptional telephone manner. You will be confident in working towards targets and will have contact centre experience. You demonstrate initiative, with a cooperative approach. Your amazing organisation skills mean you always deliver. You are driven by providing great service and are proud of the results you achieve!

The Location

We are based in a state of the art office in the heart of Manchester, meaning we are within a stone’s throw of the energetic Deansgate area and have excellent public transport links (Tram, Train and Bus) within a five minute walk!

Our award winning new First Street offices are spacious with pool tables, games consoles, a beauty room, free refreshments and other great facilities. We even have cars in the office, which is no mean feat as we're on the fourth and fifth floor.

Hours

This role is on a rota basis and covers weekend working. Typically our advisors work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in a 4 week rotation. The hours Monday to Friday are 08.00 - 18.30 (you would work a 7.5 hour shift in this period) and 09.00 - 17.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
