Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading - Top 10 'Best Companies to Work For'.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we'll teach you how to build your own database of clients (companies) and candidates (jobseekers) so you are effectively building your own business. It has always been a high priority for us to bring everyone on at trainee level and teach them how to become a 'full cycle' recruiter to have the most successful careers.

Here are a few things that we think make us different:

We don't recruit en-mass; we're very selective with who we take on from the beginning.
We're a non cut-throat recruitment consultancy. So you'll get time to develop with us.
We are specialists. And we mean specialists. We don't cover a tonne of different areas within IT or Engineering - you'll become a master of a niche area within one.
Having fun at work is genuinely important to us.
Having a life outside of work is encouraged. Honest.
We'll teach you how to work S.M.A.R.T. so you can maximise ever hour of your day, meaning 12 hour days are not standard here.
We won't make you wear a suit. (Unless you're visiting clients, of course).

We have an uncapped commission structure with no threshold, so you'll earn off the back of everything you bill with us. It's important for us to be realistic with you also, so if you're interested in becoming a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, here's what your first 3 years earnings would realistically look like.

£30-45k first year OTE
£50-70k second year OTE
£80-100k+ third year OTE
