Graduate Sales Consultants - Multi-Media - £17500 Basic Salary with £29500 OTE (Uncapped Commission) - Full Training, Continuous Development and Excellent Career Progression

Our client is a well-established multimedia company in the UK and their online digital audience growth is leading the industry.

Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for Graduate Sales Consultants to sell their advertising marketing solutions to new and existing clients.

As the Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be required to manage and develop customer accounts within a specific category or geographical area in order to maintain and grow revenues.

Key Responsibilities for the successful Graduate Sales Consultants:

• Selling the company's multi-media marketing solutions to businesses.
• Maintaining existing client accounts and generating new opportunities.
• Developing solid customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service and understanding the client's needs.
• Maintaining accurate records, sales forecast and activity reports.
• Regularly updating customer data on the CRM system.
• Maintaining effective communication with other teams and departments across the business.

Skills required:

• Must be educated to Degree Level and have Graduated.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Be fluent in English and have an excellent telephone manner
• Customer relationship building skills
• Must be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual, with the ability to self-manage.
• Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
