What you’ll be doing:

Our Engineering Services Organization is responsible for developing and implementing new technologies and the associated delivery processes. One of those technologies utilizes knowledge from many sources and is presented to users via a cognitive agent tool this is integrated into our automated delivery processes.
Due to the nature of our work, you’ll have the opportunity to think creatively and help develop innovative ideas that will enhance or improve delivery quality. You’ll see us interact with our customers to delivery highly automated solutions.

Our team is the owner, and is responsible for development and maintenance of a Cognitive Virtual Assistant platform which is the center of Help and Interaction Center delivery. As part of our team, you will be exposed to and will coordinate the creation, optimization and maintenance of knowledge repositories and support Virtual Assistant platform in the delivery of these knowledge elements to users.

Using the toolset provided by the Virtual Assistant platform, will coordinate the ingestion of different knowledge sources such as product catalogs, technical support manuals and chat logs, detect and resolve possible conflicts. In addition you will develop, maintain and continually improve the knowledge repository, taxonomy and organization of the processes for managing knowledge and its delivery through the virtual agent platform

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

- Assist with development related projects
- Creating technical service documentation for new services
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Assist in rollout activities pertaining to the services provided by Atos to our customers.
- Analytical skills

SPECIFIC SKILLS/TECHNOLOGIES, SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS and EDUCATION:

- Basic understanding of the working of a Natural Language Processing(NLP)
- Understanding or experience with Content Management, Knowledge Management processes or Process Analytics
- Process analytics
- Strong technical writing and copy editing skills
- Fluency in using modern web based tools

Additional Information:

- Must currently be enrolled in a University or Technical Institute OR will have just graduated within 6 months
- High degree of interest in IT
- Internships are intended to be positions that are for limited duration, with a maximum duration ten months (1560 hours per year max).
- Ability to work on a team and effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Background checks are required for interns
