Summary of the Role:

Accessibility Program Support specialist will aim to support Global Program Manager in all aspects of the project implementations including project rollouts, resource tracking, budget management, schedule development, cost/ budget analysis, cross discipline coordination and communications to deliver projects in time and within budget.

 

Main responsibilities:

·  Overall Program Management Office Support: meeting minutes, maintenance of Kanban boards/project roadmaps, PPT presentations, Excel reports, maintaining meeting cycles and general project event calendar.
·  Ensure all appropriate documentation, requirements, design and other required deliverables are created and reviewed/approved by external and internal stakeholders. 
·  Issue regular project status and manage communication with internal Atos stakeholder and client representatives.
·  Facilitate the follow-up and resolution of issues and support escalation of issues to project stakeholders as required.  
·  Supports compliance of relevant corporate policies and standards, i.e. by learning how to create accessible documents or applying quality controls by Accessibility experts.
·  Support achievement of project milestones through regular cross-functional project meetings to review schedule, status, issues and to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
·  Understanding of Agile methodology. Be able to construct a detailed backlog with user stories, plan reports/ flow diagrams / Gantt charts / Kanban boards in either of Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Planner etc. 

 

Supporting administrative requirements of the Program:

·  collect lessons learned
·  financial tracking
·  schedule and budget control
·  risk and issue management support in risk registers.

Configure Quality Checklist:

·  setup of the quality gates and acceptance criteria as required
·  configure Deliverables Checklist
·  quality tracking and reporting

Support internal control processes with planned test executions.  

Support meeting and travel arrangements, eventually accompany program managers on client or internal missions which require travel. 

 

Job requirements:

·  Advances MS Office Skills.
·  Understanding of project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, Prince2).
·  Good Communication skills. Fluent in English and French. German, Spanish and other languages is a plus.
·  Organizational and analytical skills with structured approach to documentation.
·  Problem solving skills. Appreciation of details and capacity to synthesize and simplify.
·  Strong process improvement focus and best practice knowledge.
·  Willingness to learn.
