We are looking for :

The global tower Global Tooling Services (GTS) develops, deploys new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service management solutions within ATOS Infrastructure and Data Management.

 

We are looking for candidates who will join the team responsible for development, operations and maintenance of Service Management tool suite ATF2 based on the “ServiceNow” solution which we use to support ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and many more.

If You have skills in programming in JavaScript, understanding of presentation layer concepts such as progressive enhancement, responsive design, MVC, object-oriented development, we invite You to apply!

 

Y ou will be responsible for:

·  Acting as tooling team member
·  Solving various incidents
·  Maintaining Atos global tooling infrastructure
·  Communicating/coordinating actions with the 3rd parties
·  Designing and maintaining automation procedures NetPro tool
·  Working on NetPro data exports/modifications/imports
·  Coordinating and negotiating remediation actions for any data inconsistency etc.
·  Continuously improving automation solution

Our requirements:

·  Network and security awareness (CCNA level)
·  Unix/Linux operating systems
·  Scripting (Perl/python or javascript)
·  Protocols: TCP/IP, nice to have SNMP
· 
Good command of English (B2 level)
