Responsibilities:

· 3-5 years of experience in QA (telecom domain). Good understanding of E2E telecom domain.
· Good knowledge of Unix, Oracle, SQL. Working knowledge of software defect tracking tools e.g. HPQC, JIRA, etc
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
· Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
· Assist in the development of testing strategy.
· Learn and understand the application products developed by the business
· Work closely with the product development team to resolve issues
· ISTQB certification preferred
· Knowledge of automation tools e.g. UFT/Selenium will be an added advantage.

Interfaces: To be able to deal with customers.

Communication skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Experience: 3-5 YRS IN software testing

Soft skills: Pro-activeness, flexibility and excellent grasping is very important.
