  Required Knowledge and Skills:
·               Knowledge of P-Series Hardware P520, P550, P570, P590, P6, P7
·         Expert 
- Installation and Administration of AIX versions (5.2, 5.3, 6.1, 7.1)
·               Expert
- AIX Patch management.
·               Expert
- AIX Logical Volume Management
·               Expert
- Installation of Technology Updates and Upgrade of OS from AIX 5.3 to AIX 6.1
·               Service Management
- DNS / NFS / Sendmail
·               Expert
- Configuration & Administration of HACMP Cluster
·               Expert
- File System Management in HACMP cluster
·               Configuration & Administration of LPAR and DLPAR.
·               Adding disks to a VIO server and allocating to client, NPIV Disk management
·               Micro Partitioning
·               SUDO installation, Security administration and system hardening
·               Monitor Resource Utilization and server health status
·               Performance Tuning
·               Perform a trend analysis of CPU/Memory/Disk utilization for critical platforms/servers
·               Good knowledge of Shell/perl scripting
·               Working knowledge of POWER 5 P570, P550, P595, POWER 6, or POWER 7 servers
·               Experienced on System recovery
·         NIM Installation/troubleshooting
·         HMC management and administration
