- Installing, publishing and upgrading of applications

- User session management

- Citrix layer installation / migration

- Roaming / Citrix profiles

- GPO / Citrix policies

- PVS - creation and maintenance of vDisk

- MCS - creation and maintenance of Golden Image

- Citrix hotfix installation

- Web Interface / Storefront configuration

- Citrix licensing

- VDI deployment / management

- External access management

- XenApp farm integration

- Certificate updates
