Managed File Transfer (MFT) applications, this role involves a combination of technical expertise and leadership responsibilities. Communicating and collaborating with the team members, manager, and other stakeholders Developing and implementing the team strategy, plan, and schedule Monitoring and evaluating the team performance, progress and inspiring team to achieve the desired outcomes. Experience in working with MFT tools, platforms and knowledge of data transfer protocols would be beneficial. Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to the team members Recognizing and rewarding the team achievements and contributions Identify and resolve the technical issues and challenges that may arise during the project Ensure the quality and security of the project deliverables and outcomes Report and document the project status, results, and lessons learned
