OS2 Job Description

· Maintain the OS2 application in CNA’s environment called Tailored Account Processing (TAP) which runs on the OS2 Warp 4 Operating System. This application has a Pre-Production environment of approximately 500 machines and 2 Microsoft Windows 2000 servers, 5 Windows 2008 Servers and 1 Windows 2003 Server. Within this Pre-Production environment there are 10 versions of the TAP application running in 10 different testing channels. The TAP Application running in Production consists of 1200 machines. Candidate will have experience in OS2, TAP, and Windows Servers.
· Maintain and correct issues with the TAP application running inside Virtual PC 2007 hosted on Citrix. There are close to 1200 machines running within this environment. Will assist Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesks and resolve issues with machines hosting the TAP application.

Level-3 support for OS/2DB2 and TAP Citrix Server Farm. Create/Implement TAP login scripts as needed. Fix and implement change to the OS/2 environment as needed.
