The Data Management department delivers Data Warehouse and Data Integration services to the rest of the organization. The team is organized in Multi-Disciplinary Teams and works Scrum Agile .

Mission and/or Contribution to the Corporate Strategy

· Gaining scale in core processing + Enhance profitability: Implementing the new standard within DM. Contribute within eW in delivering competitive solutions;
· Develop innovative products and services: New DWH and API’s
· Caring and responsible: Multi-Disciplinary Teams with an Offshore component (India) will ensure a future proof way of working. Within this wow learning, growing and achieving together will be key.

Main processes, Roles & Responsibilities

· The Data Management team comprises of Business Intelligence and Integration;
· The main focus of the team is on improving data by integrating it, building new and valuable databases and transforming data to make it more valuable for the eW organization and its clients;
· As Data Management is at the heart of the organizations architecture, it has been place in Shared Services, which is the central place for delivering services to all domains within eW;
· Multidisciplinary teams consisting of analysts, developers , testers and Scrum Masters, all based in Utrecht. Also each team has an Offshore component in India (Development and Test).

We have a young management team with all sorts of improvement ideas and we are still searching for more ideas to make our lives easier – we are part of the work smarter not harder generation. There are 35 different types of people in the team and together we deliver from idea to the handover to Operations. We have the in-depth IT guys who especially work with tools to minimize our efforts, we have the business minded men and women who constantly drive discussions on what we need to build.
