ServiceNow Operation Consultant:
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Motivated individuals who can take up challenge to keep Servicenow operations up and running (L3 level)
2. Should have minimum 3 years of Servicenow Administration & Configuration, Supporting upgrades
3. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Should be able to work independently, as well as lead the team
5. Should have good communication skills (oral & written)
6. Should be flexible to work in shifts, On Call Week-End Support
7. Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs
8. Well versed Corporate ethics and compliance
9. Team player who also works well independently as well & is self-motivated to solve problems
10. Day-to-day 3rd line support and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, core product suites
