P osition

ServiceNow Architect 

 

This role is for ServiceNow technical implementation architect. The role requires creation of the lower level designs to implement in the client vendor provided instance of ServiceNow. The role requires working with tower leads to understand the delivery requirements, reviewing technology platform APIs, creating detailed stories for implementation and implementing them. Responsible for building integrations into AWS Connect, Locker integration, Automation and Integration with Atos Beatbox platform, Nextthink and Bold 360AI chat. After go live resource will stay on to be the lead platform owner from Atos to ensure continued improvement of ServiceRequest and Automation integration. Resource has to be US Citizen or Green Card holder due to restrictions
